1. Digital Products Only
All purchases made through the RebornGaming Store consist exclusively of non-physical digital items, including but not limited to special ranks, permissions, and access granted to your user account. No tangible products will be shipped.
2. Misuse of Purchased Packages
If a user is found misusing any purchased package, the RebornGaming staff reserves the right to revoke all associated permissions without providing a refund. Each case of misuse will be individually reviewed by executive personnel.
3. Refund Policy
- A 24-hour refund window is available for packages purchased for personal use only.
- Gifted packages are final and are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- No refunds will be issued for purchases made during sales, promotions, or special events.
4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Chargebacks are considered a direct violation of these Terms of Service.
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from the RebornGaming network.
- You may contact support to request a review and potential removal of punishments if the chargeback is canceled.
- Once a chargeback case is closed—regardless of outcome—punishments remain in effect.
- Chargebacks issued in retaliation for unrelated in-game punishments will result in a permanent blacklist at staff discretion.
5. Package Modifications
All digital packages, ranks, and permissions are subject to modification or removal at any time without prior notice.
6. Store System Abuse
- Do not attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the store system ("tarin").
- If you find a vulnerability or exploit, report it to the administration team immediately. Rewards may be issued at staff discretion.
- Attempting to defraud another user resulting in real-life financial loss is strictly prohibited.
7. Support Ticket Etiquette
- Do not spam support tickets or repeatedly reply to the same ticket.
- Once a ticket is closed, the issue is considered resolved. Any new tickets about the same matter will be closed without review.
- Be respectful to RebornGaming staff. No hateful language, name-calling, or inappropriate responses will be tolerated.
8. Chargebacks on Gifted Items
- The gifter of a charged-back gift will face normal punishment, including blacklisting.
- The recipient may also face punishment depending on the circumstances, as determined by staff.
